A convicted felon wants to take the guy that has children executed for listening to music to a baseball game. What a dream team.

[–] disguy_ovahea@lemmy.world 46 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Hey now. Be fair. The convicted felon is also an alleged child abuser and rapist.

[–] MajinBlayze@lemmy.world 9 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Also attempted coup doer. Weird to me that everyone seems to forget that. Maybe it needs a more catchy phrase.

I think "Benedict Donald" has a decent ring to it. For anyone who knows any amount of history, anyway.

[–] Timii@biglemmowski.win 2 points 3 months ago

I'm hoping "felonious DJT" catches on.

7th inning stretch music turns into a bloodbath as the screams can be heard several blocks away from the stadium.

Take me out at the ball game,

Take me out in the crowd!

I feel like all Harris (or whoever, but realistically, almost certainly Harris) has to do at this point is to read aloud a transcript of crazy shit he says in the context of a debate and just not let go until Trump either provides some sort of real answer or just completely loses his mind and tries to bum rush her podium.

[–] KevonLooney@lemm.ee 20 points 3 months ago

The man clearly has a head full of mush. When is the media going to demand a press conference to ask him pointed questions about his mental health? That's how we judge our older presidential candidates, and trump is the oldest candidate in presidential history.

I fully expect 10 more articles from every publication, just on the gibberish from this instance. Maybe trump could drop out so JD Vance can run? More and more people are saying that recently.

JD Vance makes trump look ancient. Can we get clarification on trump's mental issues, maybe through a solo press conference with JD Vance? Trump doesn't have to attend.

If she read a transcript of Trump's inane ramblings, the sound bites of her sounding insane while saying all that would be on Fox and the rest of right wing media within minutes.

[–] satanmat@lemmy.world 6 points 3 months ago

Yes after her opening statement of “things a convicted felon says …”

This is amazing! So like everything with this dipshit, his base has to gargle his balls and defend everything as the best and the Right Thing™ which means they should be supporting a communist dictator!

Their entire identity is being against communism!

Love it.

[–] Hadriscus@lemm.ee 6 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Really wonder how they'll renconcile those

[–] RunningInRVA@lemmy.world 2 points 3 months ago

Why reconcile when you can just keep gargling balls?

[–] breadsmasher@lemmy.world 38 points 3 months ago

No no guys, he misspoke! He wants his base to gargle kims balls

[–] HWK_290@lemmy.world 11 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Cool, save a seat for Hannibal Lecter!

[–] rustydrd@sh.itjust.works 11 points 3 months ago* (last edited 3 months ago)

What an idiot. Everyone knows K.J. is a basketball guy.

[–] Nougat@fedia.io 8 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Sure, take him to one in Cuba.

[–] alcoholicorn@lemmy.ml 4 points 3 months ago

Trump getting charged for violating the sanctions he put on Cuba would be really funny.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Donald Trump said he’d like to take North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un to a baseball game as he boasted about their friendship at a Michigan rally on Saturday.

Under Kim’s leadership, “the government maintains fearful obedience by using threats of torture, executions, imprisonment, enforced disappearances, and forced labor,” Human Rights Watch reports.

Trump mentioned Orbán during the same Michigan rally, celebrating praise he claimed to have received from the authoritarian leader.

“Viktor Orbán... said when asked what happened with the world it’s falling to pieces, the wars all over, he said, ‘Bring back Trump.

The Hungarian leader has similarly praised Trump, calling the former president his “good friend” earlier this year when the duo met in Washington, DC.

Trump has also repeatedly praised Russia’s Vladimir Putin – even taking his side over that of US intelligence at a press conference in Helsinki in 2018 – and Xi Jinping of China.

The original article contains 446 words, the summary contains 148 words. Saved 67%. I'm a bot and I'm open source!

Take you out to the ballllll gameee. Because you make me look tameeeee. But once I learn from you and start my term, I’ll change the term to last a thousand and one years… oh I’ll take you out to the ballllll gameeee

[–] InternetUser2012@lemmy.today 5 points 3 months ago

Is that before or after the knob slobbin? Hard to tell with these republikkklowns.

[–] noxy@yiffit.net 4 points 3 months ago

I'd like to take them both to a baseball ~~game~~ bat

[–] thorbot@lemmy.world 4 points 3 months ago

If only it had been just an inch or two to the right...

[–] werefreeatlast@lemmy.world 3 points 3 months ago

Me too! He would be the ball. I would have the bat. I can't afford tickets right now because we spend our tax money keeping an eye on Kim. So we'll play in the back of a NY Alley where it's safe.

[–] A_A@lemmy.world 3 points 3 months ago* (last edited 3 months ago)

"Trump says" ...
fucking junk article ?
..."he’d like to take Kim Jong-Un to a baseball game"
But of course : 99% of the time.

[–] HubertManne@moist.catsweat.com 2 points 3 months ago
