Das im Text hört sich sehr nach Euphemismustretmühle an. Man ist nicht stumm weil man Gebärdensprache kann? Was ist das denn bitte für eine Logik. Stumm bezeichnet explizit die Möglichkeit Töne zu erzeugen zum sprechen.
