Das Problem sind Klagen. Temporäre Änderungen werden fast genauso viele Klagen bekommen wie dauerhafte, da den Betroffenden klar ist, dass diese dauerhaft werden können. Allerdings gibt es dann zwei Verfahren. Einmal das temporäre und dann den Umbau um es dauerhaft zu machen. Dabei kann als gleich zweimal geklagt werden. Es ist also einfacher keine Experimente zu machen, sondern direkt den dauerhaften Umbau zu starten. Außerdem gibt es in Deutschland die Möglichkeit Volksentscheide durchzuführen. Radentscheide gibt es fast in jeder Großstadt in Deutschland und die sind meist erfolgreich.

Allerdings muss man auch klar sagen, dass die meisten Innenstädte in Deutschland recht große autofreie Zonen haben. Viele Städte dehnen die auch momentan aus.

Man kann dort praktisch alles vorschlagen. Es gibt zum Beispiel auch einen Vorschlag aus St. Pauli den Volkspark durch das Entfernen des Stadions auszudehen.
