We are truly blessed.

To skirt Canadian employment laws, a previous employer gave me unrealistic targets and even when I acheived them she would say I'm underperforming. This exists in every country. Employers will always find a way to make it look like the employee quit of their own volition.

Possibly because they refuse to admit that they are being obtuse.

Konami published a lot of games that had potential but they didn't really take them anywhere.

I wish I could buy it and turn into my own private orchard with a small hilltop tower in the middle. Bye bye cruel world!

You could probably build something decent for CAD$1000. Canada computers often have massive discounts on a lot of items. US$700 to CAD$1000 is not that far apart. The console would probably still be more performant but the point is, the prices are not that far apart anymore.

That has been pretty much my life lately here in Ottawa. I'll take boring any day over busy, overcrowded cities.

What helps me is listening to music with repeating sounds. It paces me and allows me to keep doing things for a longer period of time.

I pass this thing almost every week. It's not that creepy in real life.
