They think they're gathering and "training" to fight off liberals that are going to come and take their guns away but the truth is that it's much, much more likely that Trump's cronies will come to take them away when he "becomes a dictator on day one." That's what dictators do.

Liberals want to pass gun control laws, sure. Authoritarians like Trump aren't going to bother with following laws the second time around (as demonstrated by Jan 6th). They'll just come for your guns (and claim you were really Democrats in disguise).

Just like how the right wing media is trying to claim Trump's would-be assassin was a secret liberal or similar nonsense. If you're a Trump supporter think about that: The would-be assassin was pretty clearly right wing yet here we are with right wing media (your media) trying to frame this as something brought about by Democrats/liberals.

Are Democrats/liberals known for their violence? For their collections of AR-15s? For political violence? No! Hell no! The image of Democrats/liberals is that of a lesbian woman holding up a peace sign marching with a bunch of transgender folks. They're harmless.

You may disagree with the policies of the left but you can be sure as shit they're never going to "come after you" in any sort of violent way. So why gather and train people to kill as efficiently as possible? It's not for defense, that's for sure!

Escalation begets escalation. That's how these things do.

Fascist got shot at. Quick, let's make a makeshift army of untrained brainwashed idiots to support the fascist! That'll make things better.
