- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). what matters is Harris said it to show solidarity to the workers in the US to garner their votes
no matter what party the candidate is from if they are willing to lie to the voters what else would they lie about
Walz overfunding police so they would manhandle protesters that are against an oil pipeline but coming out as an environmentalist is the same thing too
matters who we put in office, and they should be held to a high standard
What a perfectly sensible reason to let Trump come to power and order the military to start shooting protestors with live ammunition
Surely, the metrics of your political decision making are totally logical
so only Republicans need to be held to a standard but not Democrats because of Trump?
not to mention Walz got the police extra funding to put the boot to protesters and under federal approval under then President Trump in a bipartisan effort
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Line_3_protests
So who are you voting for? And why?
not allowed to vote because of bipartisan politics
but Claudia De la Cruz would have my vote if were able to
seems to be genuinely for the people
Only reason you can't legally vote in the US is if you're a felon. Otherwise, you're abstaining meaning you can vote you just choose not to.
more reasons than being a felon that keep US citizens from voting
Fascinating
Some of our readers aren’t from the US - you wanna expand a little for their benefit what bipartisan things besides being a felon might randomly disqualify someone from voting? They might not be first hand familiar with it like you are.
Very unlikely. Again, abstaining ≠ not being allowed to vote.
Wait, you’re serious?
HAHAHAHAHAha 😂😂😂
If you want to call her a liar, you can drop actual evidence or shut up.
Federal regs require employers to hold employment info for three years. My corp will literally shred and burn everything past that once a month because we don’t want the liability of that shit getting out.
We’re talking something 40 years ago, and most her friends then are probably gone and hazy. McDonald’s probably doesn’t have anything either.
There’s probably no photos, especially since that was well before digital cameras being a thing. You think some rando franchise owner is going to keep photos of some rando college kid cuz they might be president some day?
It’s not surprising there’s “no evidence”. What’s surprising is that you’re making an issue of it… without evidence.
It does matter who we put in office and they should be held to a high standard.
Unfortunately, it's the fascist demagogue supported by Nazis or whoever the DNC put forward. Sooooooooo it's not much of a choice.
Also, they're politicians. They have easy tells for determining if they're lying. Just look to see if their lips are moving.
