The motivation for this is baffling to me! Being anti-homeless apathetic and trans makes no sense. Pandering using the (widely kown) trans flag rather than the (universally known by even the most sheltered) gay pride flag makes no sense. Only guess is it was spraypainted by someone else

The sign, the black window, and the color on the spikes are all photoshopped in. I can't find the original picture, unfortunately.

The trans colors are photoshopped on. Someone took a picture to juxtapose the inclusivity poster over a bunch of homeless spikes, but didn't think that has enough "zing" to get noticed by the internet, so they doctored the photo.
