I took that picture to post on Reddit, years ago. It's always fun to see it reposted. It make me feel immortal. My original tile was something like: sometimes kids books are not for adults.

"Je n'arrive pas à croire que j'ai réussi!!!"

[–] cloudless@lemmy.cafe 9 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

[–] Fester@lemm.ee 8 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

One of the biggest success I’ve ever seen.

[–] cloudless@lemmy.cafe 2 points 3 weeks ago

[–] kandoh@reddthat.com 8 points 3 weeks ago

There's a clear gap

[–] addictedtochaos@lemm.ee 8 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

people back then were not as dirty as you imagine. i saw a kids movie where one kid put a cucumber through a fence, and the other one was chewing on it from the other side of the fernce. was like an 80ties kids movie.

[–] Blackmist@feddit.uk 8 points 3 weeks ago

Glory holes have been around a lot longer than that. The makers of that movie knew what they were doing even if the kids didn't.

[–] taiyang@lemmy.world 8 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

My favorite thought every time I see this is that the man is clearly dead, so it's especially bad what the implications are

To prevent curious young fella from making a very disgusting mistake, simply read this article to satisfy your curiosity, then forget about it.
