Is there a good OS app to keep track of nutrition and weight? Starting ketogenic diet in 2 weeks. Been there, done that, so I know what I’m doing, but I used to keep track on my iphone, but now that I switched over to GrapheneOS and OpenSuse I’m a little bit lost in the Opensource sea.

I use OpenScale to connect to my 10€ smart scale for tracking of weight, muscle other parameters. But not for food intake.

I use Energize to track my food. For tracking your weight you could use trale. I don't know a app which combines both features.

I have a spreadsheet I add biometrics too. Whatever your favorite spreadsheet is.

Blood pressure, pulse, weight, ketones, glucose.

Whenever I get a metric I add it to the spreadsheet. I have years of sporadic data.

I don't know of Amy open source projects that do this, but if you're at all comfortable with bash (or another scripting language) and a little self hosting you can roll your own with Olivetin, which is what I did for all my personal data tracking.

I have it running on a raspberry pi zero w and access it through the pwa.
