It's really all about the intent of the leader, whatever the system.

This literally goes against the very underpinnings of communism...

From each according to his ability, to each according to his need

I. Nothing in society will belong to anyone, either as a personal possession or as capital goods, except the things for which the person has immediate use, for either his needs, his pleasures, or his daily work.

II. Every citizen will be a public man, sustained by, supported by, and occupied at the public expense.

III. Every citizen will make his particular contribution to the activities of the community according to his capacity, his talent and his age; it is on this basis that his duties will be determined, in conformity with the distributive laws.

So was everything Lenin, Stalin, and Mao did. Theoretically it was preparation to eventually transition to communism after the overthrow of the vanguard. So far Russia has transitioned to fascism and China to capitalism. They've been as bad or even worse than the straight capitalists in some ways. Not a defense of capitalists. They're both part of the problem.

Communism is whatever the chairman says it is

At least per Lenin the line is about socialist principles already being realized by the proletariat. The other principle is "equal amount of product for an equal amount of labor" which Lenin felt also was realized in our/his time. He then goes on to focus on how to supplant the bourgeoise system that defies these principles by allowing unequal products for unequal labor and for workers to starve.

So really Bezos and Musk should be stating 'Workers starve' for it to really fit Lenin's context the way I remember it.

Dunno about Stalin though. He might've had a different view from bathing in the rivers of Nazi blood.

Throw a MAGA hat on him and flip it around so he's happy about Musk and Bezos
