I've donated to charities, volunteered to help refugees, marched along side Palestinians against Biden. How about you? What do you think voting for genocide accomplishes?

[–] Eldritch@lemmy.world 3 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

As have I. So yes it's safe to say you've done nothing of actual significance. I include myself in that.

I'm not voting for genocide. No one is. That's just a bullshit strawman argument for self radicalized self sabotaging whiners and trolls. The fact you're talking passed everyone, even making that bullshit claim. Is evidence no one should give you the time of day either way.

No matter who you vote for. Even if you don't vote. Genocide is going to happen. If one side in particular gets in it WILL be worse. I'm voting for Less Palestinians to die. You are ultimately advocating for more. Because you are letting perfect be the enemy of achievable. I think no one should die anywhere. But I think 90 people dying instead of hundred is still better. Maths wise as well as morally.

Your talk and actions are empty and meaningless.

There is no better or worse in genocide. You're voting to continue it. Your clear anger comes from the fact you know you're wrong and history won't care that you disapproved while voting for it.

You have to live with yourself. Hope you can.
