Doesn't it promote muscle growth and generate some of the same effects you had as a young person?

Honestly, I'm not convinced. I know why people take it, but I genuinely think it's because of the name. There's a school of thought that says bodybuilders truly "exploded" in size when HGH came onto the scene, but I think it's more likely this change was due to insulin abuse. Some people say it makes their skin, hair and nails nice, and perhaps helps them lean down better around the middle. But I mostly hear people saying it is very underwhelming, not worth the money, and gives them carpal tunnel syndrome.

I read that it is what causes a protruding gut on modern body builders. Idk if that's true, but Arnold said that years ago.
