It's the Babylon Bee. Not spam, not an ad. Maybe shit, but still

I generally like the spirit of the DMA and the DSA, but the age verification policy is utterly garbage. Privacy and age verification are mutually exclusive

Is it strange that I have absolutely NO idea what you're talking about?

Do you usually complain when anything else in life is not completely free?

Either it's paywalls or horrible ads+tracking. I don't know why people expect to get everything for free, just because it's on the internet. Especially something that takes time and effort to make.

PSA: you don't get to complain about "the media" if you're not even willing to pay for quality outlets

I'm a longtime This Week in Tech listener and I've realized that downloading the new episode every Monday morning has become a habit I could never imagine quitting.

As I was thinking about that, I've started wondering which other tech podcasts are people listening to, and if that's second nature for them, too.

So, what's your favorite technology podcast? (And why should I start listening to it? I would love some recommendations!)

Speaking more than one language. Being from Switzerland, we're required to study 2 languages (+ our native one) at school. So it's not infrequent to encounter swiss people who speak 4+ languages

I don't know about VST specifically, but you should look into Bitwig, if you're looking for professional audio programs like FL Studio

Coffee beans for sure (gotta love freshly roasted specialty beans!), but also vegetables (organic & local are the best). Oh, and also headphones, for sure.

To me these are all totally worth it because the jump in quality is very noticeable. After a certain price point, though, the law of diminishing returns kicks in hard
