Not to dog pile, but unless it’s some niche hardware drivers are the last thing that springs to mind on my Linux boxes.

I will say the Linux volunteers have a slight blind spot for creative workflows.

Christ. Fr. I was so excited when the Asahi team started to show off Vulkan games on M1 chips. Once it’s had a bit of time in the oven I’m ripping MacOs out of an, otherwise, wonderful device for what I paid for it.

I know it's a pain, but what's to stop us from using download-clis? In theory I could "collect" the urls that are recommended to me from my home page, call the clis, click all the videos to update my recommendations then close the browser.

I'm unsure. I switch between MacOS and Linux regularly.

I'd reckon Apple's OS would dominate the "user friendly" space(not saying Linux is bad, just what everyone memes).

My sister "knew" she was trans when she was around 8. Granted, we didn't have the terminology back then so...

That being said, how is it a "mature" topic? We teach children the concept of "this boy" and "this girl" much earlier than that. And I'm confused how the concept has anything to do with puberty either.

Learned a lot -- but my nids turned out better than expected!!

(I still don't know what to do with the tops of their guns, but idk)

Y'all have a "painting techniques tutorial playlist?

As a DM of many years I've collected battle maps, and I could post them here to fill the community with content. This issue is I did not make them, and I wondered how the community felt about posting them here.

Here's an idea of how to do it ethically:

  1. Include their watermark (obviously)
  2. Include a link to their socials (this one might he hard for me since my only socials are Mastodon and Lemmy)
  3. Ask the creator for explicit consent (this one would be extremely difficult, as above. Additionally, the creator may not exist anymore.)

Any thoughts? I didn't see rules in the sidebar so I figured to just ask. Thanks!
