Dislike/disobey them all you want. It's reality which the other user helpfully provided an example of.

Learning the difference between public and private property can help you avoid the stupid comparisons which started this thread.

Alright. Keep playing ignorant.

But thanks for the example of exactly what I meant.

If we're playing dumb, sure.

Here in reality, it seems that specific person who was not an employee was not permitted on their private property.

Also, this wasn't just lunch and anyone who read your link knows that so can we quit being cute?

This is a good example of exactly what I meant. It has to do with private property.

Honestly, when I saw the link, I expected to be directed to an instance of someone being arrested on public property. But no.

That probably has something to do with private property. I wouldn't expect anything to happen to you waving a pro-union flag on a corner like this either.

We can hate Nazis without making stupid comparisons.

Think they're voting 3rd party?

“I’ve tasted Savor’s products, and I couldn’t believe I wasn’t eating real butter. It tastes really good—like the real thing, because chemically it is.” Bill Gates recently wrote in his blog post.

If it’s chemically the same as butter, should we call it butter or something else?

I understand the sentiment but I’d be a fan of having an adult age across the board.

If you can be drafted, you should be able to drink, buy guns, rent cars, vote, etc. That should all be at the same age, whatever that age is.

Comments like yours have a real "I will not eat those CHEMICALS" vibe to it. People like you are a bit hilarious seeing as it's all chemicals.

I think I'm going with the same processor for my newest build. Seems like a good one.

Fastmail is the shit. I feel it’s really underrated. Everyone on Lemmy just knows about Proton.

The inevitable at last arrived. Last month, for the first time, passively managed funds controlled more assets than did their actively managed competitors.

I honestly thought this happened a while ago...

I seem to remember this was a Reno 911! episode but my YouTube searching hasn't been able to find the episode/clip.

I think they were chasing a naked man but none of the cops wanted to touch him for obvious reasons. They made a half-hearted attempt to cuff/capture him but as soon as he crossed out of their jurisdiction (county line or something) they throw their hands up because that's not their job anymore.
