Jedes Mal, wenn ich den o2-Support brauche, muss ich durch neue Reifen springen. Zuletzt wussten sie scheinbar nicht, wie ihre eigenen Prozesse funktionieren und wollten von mir für eine Support-Anfrage eine PIN, die sie mir gar nicht zugeschickt hatten.

When I was the last one leaving the flat for a while, I put a post-it on the door, not only specifying what I needed to pack (I’ve had that down for years), but also for things to check (open window, balcony). I always checked those things, anyway, but checking (and affirming) that I checked gave me peace of mind.

Why do they ask for that information anyway? So they know to capture you alive when you got a job that’s in demand in the destination country? Or do they hope to catch terrorists by fishing for ‘bomb builder’?
