That's a damn fine poster, and the artist is selling prints (to people in the US).

Should be quick and painless - those are pretty straightforward TFOs that I won't mind playing daily.

In this case, I think it would have been weird not to include Korby.

I felt the synergy between this show and Picard went a little stronger than needed. Especially considering the first season was a little weaker than the others. It also felt a little late.

I really liked it, but then I think Picard's first season was the best one, and have been hoping we'd get another glimpse of just how game-changing the Romulan evacuation and subsequent events were. I never thought it'd be this show, though...

Emony Dax got handsy with Bones in the 2240s, and Audrid died in 2284.

In SNW's 2259ish setting, it should be one of those two.

And then they went and opened with the return of Tennant and a plot featuring a villain from 1975 😂

I totally agree - I don't see why Disney wouldn't try to lock the back catalogue down.

The Sutekh synergy alone would have been very helpful.

Well, as an example, the Star Trek movies moved from Paramount+ to Max between January and May of this year. I think Disney has been coming around to licensing out more of their back catalogue, rather than hoarding it all for Disney+, as well.

Yeah, I don't know enough about the biz to know what the standard duration of these deals would be.

Also complicating things is the fact that some of these distributors are waking up (again) to the benefits of licensing some of their content to others, at least from time to time.

Yeah, just looking at what's available to me, "Classic Who" is on Tubi, the Eccleston through Capaldi years are on Prime Video, and I don't think the Whittaker years or 1996 movie are available on any streaming service at all.

So I guess that's a rough breakdown of how the rights are distributed?

It's absolutely bizarre to me that the Disney deal didn't include the back catalogue - it seems like that would be a huge asset when it comes to attracting and retaining viewers.
