No, you didn’t meet a reasonable RPO, which is the amount of time between the security incident and a full recovery. Usually with full backups the goal is to get everything back up and running within 24-48 hours, which is pretty much only possible if you have adequate backups to take a “nuke it and rollback” approach

It works reasonably well for those that benefit, yea. But for those who don’t stay with the biological mother, your income gets slashed by 20%, reason he damned. No consideration for your well being, your needs, your life, your ability to feed and house yourself. None. You’re a piggy bank, that’s it.

That’s how child support works. I’ve never experienced adult life without it. If you lose your job, you lose your freedom. Period. Even if it’s out of your control.

You’re on disability? You get $0.

You’re behind on payments? You lose your license because of that? Get fucked loser.

Oh you lost your job that doesn’t pay enough to feed you because we took your car? Get fucked.

You’re too far behind, because we stole your ability to make money? Well, now you’re in jail. Interest doesn’t stop though.

Your kids finally turn 18? Too bad, you have to pay all of the accumulated interest from the times we threw you in jail, after taking your car, your job, and your house. Can’t do that? Fuck you, loser. The government eats that money, mom never sees a penny.

The amount you see your child, or take care of your child, doesn’t matter in this scenario. If you have a child outside of the way the government wants you to, you’re fucked.

Deadbeats and active fathers get treated the same, and that’s a problem.

The child support system is pretty atrocious for everyone involved

Holy shit no by definition

Believing in science inherently means your beliefs aren’t static, they evolve and change with new information. The scientific method is our tool for understanding—actually understanding—the world around us.

In that sense hell yes I’m different than a religious person

That’s pretty comical I’m not gonna lie. I will stand by every statement I’ve made, and I’ve made them without insulting or degrading anyone. If that’s enough to remove me, go ahead.

None of your articles are really making an argument against my statement. The second two are super interesting though.

doctors in India were able to help the woman conceive and give birth to the children through treatment that helped develop her uterus, which was described as infantile.

She was then treated via IVF. The NCBI study is a little dense so I didn’t read all of it, but it pretty clearly describes a woman, albeit with genetic abnormalities, giving birth. Sooo…. Not sure what the statement there is.

Just did a second time, I don’t see anything in there that is counter to my point. The video conflates gender identity with the existence of biological sex, and doesn’t actually define what they mean by “biological”.

[–] TexMexBazooka@lemm.ee 2 points 4 days ago (1 children)

That’s true, and I’m not arguing any of the above. I’m pointing out where the concept of biological sex comes from, two sides of the sexual reproductive cycle.

[–] TexMexBazooka@lemm.ee 1 points 4 days ago (3 children)

Biology is extremely complicated, but childbirth is kind of an undeniable, fundamental to the continuation of humanity concept. Literally just acknowledging that is not “terfy” or whatever flavor of victim complex you’d like to use.

I’m not saying anything about gender, gender roles, etc. I’m arguing we need to have similar basis of reality in order to have a productive discussion.

Binary gender as a social concept is harmful. However it does stem from the concept of biological sex, which primarily comes from one sex’s ability to make babies. Calling someone xyz-phobic when they acknowledge that is asinine.

Edit: changed post to use Imgur link instead of downloading a file

What a bunch of fucking babies, lol

Alternative link in case media doesn’t load

Are we just stuck with browsers for the time being? I mean it works but fuck I miss Apollo already.
