Got you, so do we avoid buying Stellantis cars because am element of the ownership is American? Or because they're based on NL they get a pass?

Haha, that would be fantastic. Or until Vance says sorry for disrespecting Zelenskyy just for the shit n giggles

He'd not get it out of Trump but 100% you could cause division by Trump insisting that Vance has to do it :)

Loving the clarity of China's position on this

We never seemed to be particularly constructive in our involvement.

I almost feel it's better for the EU if area separate entity that they can deal with if they choose (and vice versa naturally)

How would that manifest itself sorry?

Do you mean we're America's bitch so we'd use our influence as part of the EU to campaign for things that benefit the US? That seems plausible

You know what they say "one good urn deserves another"

.. Owned by US Parent Edgewell Personal Care so as far as I'm concerned they're dead to me.

I went for Harringtons in the end as they seem to have a good balance between value:nutrition, are european and similarly priced going direct which helps.

I mention mostly to be told I've made the wrong decision for future learning lol

It's old English meaning kind of "uplands near a watery place". Its an actual place near where I live, about 5 miles south of Newbury, Berkshire, England.

Andrew Lloyd Webber lives just to the North of it and De Haviland did his maiden flight to the West of it just on the other side of the A34 road.

The author lived there as a child, interestingly so did the author of Paddington Bear

Yup, but you can see why a user may feel that a UK item shouldn't feature in a "Made in EU" repository. The confusion wouldn't exist if it was, say, called "Made in Europe" and I think it's clear why it's not called that

Fabulous response, I wish I could upvote you twice!

I recall those brands from a look a couple of years ago focused in food that was better for them so I'll definitely take a look down this route.

The great thing is, my cats seem to hate food that they loved overnight so I'm not constrained by having to stick with their favorite lol

Thanks, this and TheRealJohnSmith's dialogue is helping me to be a little more open to it
