It's still higher than it was 6 months ago, that shit needs to plummet more. I want to see it do into double digit territory, that's where it's true value is relative to it's new outlook.

HomeExchange looks good and is European.

It naturally lacks the depth of listings that Airbnb does but will grow if people use them

All relative, in a city (albeit not that desirable) the housing stock will be smaller so I suspect the agent means relative to other houses.

Thanks, it's helpful to help alignment said course each of us then have more localised interests but to be aligned on the primary goal helps enforce
