It's a brisk walking pace nothing more. Regardless, that pace over 2hrs is commendable

All relative, in a city (albeit not that desirable) the housing stock will be smaller so I suspect the agent means relative to other houses.

It's still higher than it was 6 months ago, that shit needs to plummet more. I want to see it do into double digit territory, that's where it's true value is relative to it's new outlook.
