Well, yeah. You're not wrong.

I would like thier team to lose so we still have a democracy.

This is what I'm talking about. Maybe you should stop reacting with fear and spite to everyone who's trying to help you and actually contribute to defeating the fascists instead of sitting around complaining about losing all the time.

I like how every single one of these comments are blaming Biden and the Democrats for a supreme court ruling that the conservatives and Republicans enacted. How about we put the blame on the people who are actually doing the terrible things?

This is why the Republicans keep winning btw, because they're united.

He mentions the WTC along with Oaklahoma city, not as an imminent target that was going to be destroyed within the year. He mentions the WTC as an example because it was previously a target in 1993. He also says "The join chiefs of staff want to blow up airliners." He also claims The government was going to institute Marshall law. Those things did not come true. Sorry but this is just bullshit. He did not predict 9-11. He rambled off a bunch of paranoid bullshit.

No, I think the republicans are going to vote for trump regardless of whether I express my displeasure of him. That is to say, I don't think anything I or anyone else says "drives" people to vote for trump.

If he wins, it will be because not enough people came out to vote for Biden, for whatever reason (deserved or not.)

Osama Bin Laden was a well known terrorist figure. The WTC was previously a target of a bombing in 1993. It's like me saying that one day Russia will invade another European nation. I mean all the evidence points that way, so can you call it a "prediction?"

[–] Hawanja@lemmy.world -1 points 1 month ago (4 children)

No, not really. His prediction was of the "someday something bad is going to happen" type. It's like if I spent 20 years saying the stock market was going to crash, then when it inevitably does I go "See? I told you so!"

[–] Hawanja@lemmy.world -1 points 1 month ago

I mean, yeah.
