How else are you gonna brew coffee?

Woe is the day that I decide to take computer advice from a twitch streamer...
Guess I'll just eat rocks then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
They kind of did though, as they're specifically comparing the printing process with the carving/sculpting process with no mention of the creative aspects such as 3d modelling for the printer vs. planning out what you're going to sculpt.
Seems like you're taking it a little personally and twisting words tbh.
I have heard of an amoral Krab, however.
I think they may be referring to the kind of people that just lazily pull someone else's 3d rendering from somewhere online, run it through a printer, and go around showing off what "they" made.
There's definitely plenty of those types around...
You might be able to see where a connection is going using the resource monitor in task manager when attempting the check
Could you not use a keygen or grab a serial from somewhere to get a "valid" key and block the app from the internet via firewall to prevent the check from calling home?
Sorry I'm not familiar with how this specific game checks validity.
Edit: Google pulled up this workaround at https://www.barik.net/posts/multiplayer-neverwinter-nights-on-local-lan/
Simply edit the file:
%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
and add the following lines to remap the Neverwinter Nights official servers to localhost:
127.0.0.1 nwmaster.bioware.com
127.0.0.1 nwnauth.kr.infogrames.com
It's 3 dollars going to charity as well, pretty sweet deal all around. I'd absolutely go to an event like this if any of my local theaters held one.
E: Actually, I just checked and they are.
I mean, it's 3 bucks. Not really that abhorrent of a price all things considered.
Users are probably reporting less too since mods are useless now after the API debacle resulted in many of the ones who gave a shit getting ousted or neutered.
I certainly stopped bothering since they fully committed to becoming a (n even bigger) cesspit.
Definitely blue and black, you might be overdue for an eye exam.
