Mmm....chain link fence shrapnel. It's what's for dinner.

Notice how it’s built with a ton of extra room to the left and rear sides.

I wonder if they intend to have a bunch of troops walking alongside under the cage.

These cope cages don’t do shit for RPGs but might shield a squad from small FPV drones.

Honestly, looking at the ordinances being used lately…even smaller ones that are more than enough to hit the driver of this Chinese golf cart.

This cope cage would be effective if it wasn’t the only layer of defense. 2-3 strategically placed drones would immobilize most meat bags hiding in it. This on top of an armored vehicle would make more sense.

They'd still get peppered with shrapnel though, including the people driving the golf cart

If the drone is armed with a shrapnel based explosive, a little stand off distance makes them more effective.

You really want a breathable non-credible defense vehicle for those hot summer days.

If you really want to stop explosives that aren't manually triggered why not just use something like a transparent bouncy house to softly catch a stop impact triggers

Golf carts with batting cages included! It's a recreational vehicle.
