It’s an Asian citrus fruit. It tastes like a lemon crossed with a tangerine. Quite nice.

There is a brewery that makes a Berliner Weisse that is soured with yuzu and it is exceptional

They have a modest Midwest distro, but worth seeking out. It’s like a sorbet/palette cleanser in the best way. Also, very flavorful for the low abv
