with it being a full wipe, are you going to choose a pyro station as your primary residence or keep in stanton and take the jump first?
I'll most likely stick with Pyro as my primary residence, but I threw together a few pros/cons for choosing Pyro:
Pros:
- No tram needed to get to your ship
- Can get to most locations without using an elevator (if they stop working for whatever reason).
- You can buy the Railgun from the shop right there (Checkmate Station at least)
Subjective:
- lawless system (could be a pro or a con depending on how you view things).
- Coronal mass ejection (CME) events (once they finally bring it back).
Cons:
- Super long QT distances between planets, (so probably only do "local" missions).
- Water is contaminated
- You'll need to get used to what the food looks like...
- On the server side, Pyro is usually less stable compared to Stanton
- I haven't found a rental kiosk yet.
I haven’t found a rental kiosk yet.
Mhm on that point, have you come across any Refinery and or Cargo Decks?
Obituary definitely has both, I didn't look too hard for it at Checkmate (or I got distracted when I did).
Here's a video showing off the different locations, I set the link to take you to the refinery deck/cargo deck tour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AefchZeU0So&t=822s
aw sweet. What I find really interesting is, that those decks (habitation, cargo and also refinery) have the same DNA as the Stantons one, just "spruced" up a bit.
Thanks for the link.
