Given that they clearly live in a fantasy world, they probably think such a letter means robot Arnie will appear at their door in a few hours time with a shotgun, some banger soundbites, and an unyielding urge to kill them.
He didn't capitalise any True Names, nor write any magic words at a 45° angle.

Maybe they expected it to sound less formal / cordial and with lots of big capitalized fat letters.

That I don't know, but sovcits exist in 26 countries.
Most of them don't write in English-language forms though. I guess the language barrier is why you see so little others.
