Unless I’m reading it wrong, the compatibility page says the orange box is compatible with series x. you just need a physical copy.

Yes, I bought a used physical copy, less for Half Life but mainly for Portal.

Half Life 2 doesn’t play that well with controller. In my opinion, it was clearly made for keyboard and mouse. But Portal plays nice!

ill agree to that. With the exception of a he Portal games for some reason, Fps Source engine games feel off on consoles.

If you have it on Steam you might be able to stream it provided both the system with steam and your xbox are on the same WiFi network. I don't know if it will have proper controller support though.
