That egg looks great! Crazy value for less than $1
Because it is sold on street, owner doesn't pay any rent, perhaps no tax too.
And because it is in Vietnam, the country money value is so low.
However that price is decent, not crazy cheap, about half the price of normal meal in a dinner (because it is sold on street)

You can blend a bunch and just drink it
Veggies is so cheap here. You can have dollar meal with fresh veggies and fruit. Meat and chick is more expensive.
That rice doesn't even look fried.
But, I mean... It was only a dollar. I guess that's not terrible. Not great, but not terrible either.
