Looking at how American works with the topical buzzwords and everything, would be interesting to see an image like this generated every week or two weeks using the buzzwords at the time.

It's fucking CRAZY that this is what's being talked about in the US.

As a Norwegian living partly under a rock I've only seen some of the memes. Care to enlighten me what the deal with the nuts is?

Police officer emptied his entire mag on the car the suspect was sitting in after an acorn fell on its roof because he thought the suspect was shooting at him. I think his partner did the same. The suspect wasn't hit tho.

If something like that happened over here it would be what everybody was talking about as well. But the conversation would likely be about if it was ok for the officer to be armed at the moment, what the firearm training looks like, etc.

It gets a bit worse.

This happened in November I believe, the footage was only recently released.

They had the guy handcuffed and in the back of their patrol car, officer Doofus mistook the sound of an acorn hitting the roof of his car for a gunshot. He then did a few Dark Souls rolls while screaming shots were fired and emptied his mag into the back of his own car where the suspect was being held.

He screamed that he was shot and scrambled for cover, crawling in the street while screaming and firing more I believe. His partner hearing this also opened fire on the car.

He then admitted he didn't seem to be hit, maybe hit his vest and he felt weird.

His partner fully believed her partner had been hit the way he was acting.

His Partner reacted properly though and didn't shoot at the fist thing that came to mind
