I mean, it's 3 bucks. Not really that abhorrent of a price all things considered.
$3 to chill in a comfy chair and watch fun, interesting trailers for movies that may not be on my radar, with all the glory of a massive screen and theater sound system? Sounds like a fuckin steal to me.
It's 3 dollars going to charity as well, pretty sweet deal all around. I'd absolutely go to an event like this if any of my local theaters held one.
