Taking the stairs pretty much anywhere (maybe unless you work/live in a very tall building - that's not mundane anymore). I'm trying to get back in the habit of taking the stairs to my appartment on the fifth floor because I used the elevator most days since I've broken my ankle this April. I have been watching my gut grow larger far too long, it's amazing how much those smaller fitness sessions can add up.
