I'm sure, in Stalin Union, nobody ever died because they were neglected by the regime. Dlso, most of the victims of US politics die abroad anyway, hence cannot be linked even indirectly to the US. As somebody else mentioned, there's no point in comparing deaths, it's just sadistic.
