Yeah, wired Xbox controllers, not wireless Logitech crap. You willing to entrust your life to a working Bluetooth connection?

Certainly no need to reinvent the wheel. But maybe use something stronger than dental floss to secure it to the axle.

They had a backup system, so I think this is fine. Not like you'll have a lot of interference under the ocean...
