That's called a fossil word, a word that only ever gets used in a specific phrase. When was the last time you heard the word "inclement" outside of the phrase "inclement weather"?

What’s crazy is that my brain didn’t even understand how to read “inclement” for a second until I saw “inclement weather.”
and the phrase is "how do I exit VIM?" because nobody actually says vim and vigor anymore.
