„Ein Großteil der Benimm-Experten in Deutschland hält Neujahrswünsche bis Mitte Januar für angebracht. Das trifft für Köln allerdings nicht zu. Denn der Rat der Stadt hat tatsächlich im Jahr 1642 entschieden, dass man den Neujahrsgruß in Köln nur bis zum 21. Januar aussprechen darf.“

Hä? Seit wann kommt denn der 21.01. vor MITTE Januar?

Wahrscheinlich ein Schreibfehler und man wollte "Mitte Februar" schreiben.
