He has probably seen countless people starting to use linux and is pissed by the percieved popularity.

Nah, it's just annoying seeing it in SO many conversations. It doesn't add anything to the conversation, it's just some weird bragging.

I'm using bazzite, so I've had absolutely no issues (note that I have an Intel iGPU bc shitty laptop)
