I still can't wrap my head around it. It's not even a borderlands movie, it's a borderlands-themed movie and they just did whatever the fuck they wanted. Chatgpt could've written a better plot.
I don't understand the talent that's involved. Why in the world are Cate Blanchett and Jamie Lee Curtis in it? It doesn't make any sense.
Jamie Lee Curtis as Tanis is fine. Older scientist probably fits the trope better tbh.
What WASN'T acceptable was not casting for Brick and Mordecai at all.
