Why is a presidential campaign organization segregated by race in the first place? Is this 1950?
Because a hell of a lot of white guys are extremely racist. It's important for these men to come out and publicly declare that they support not only a woman but a black woman. It's important to do it in a way that will get attention, fit with the tone of the campaign and get the point across that it's cool to support and embrace women and weird and creepy to hate them.
You're half right, I think it's more so like minded white guys can come together with other non-racist non-sexist men like them. Rather than them virtue signaling that they aren't either of those things it's a space where they can be with their own kind and not expect a racist/sexist or two in the mix - which is kind of nice for a change.
When I think of a random assortment of white guys theres always someone with a Molon Labe tattoo or a Proud Boys hoodie in their closet and that's really the turd in the punch bowl when it comes to the male white sort of people. I have no experience with the WDFH group but that is my impression.
Its probably parodying the whole " for Trump" groups that are almost always just white conservatives

The satanic temple is also kind of a parody while also being a serios institution.

The GOP are using racism and misogyny at VP Harris like they did to Michelle and Barack.
This is America. And it is 2024.
So we can recognize how shitty racism is and then still do segregated activities because it’s ok when the right people do it? I don’t understand this line of reasoning.
If half your targeted audience is a certain way, it's important to broaden your tone to fit and capture as many people's attention as possible.
It's a marketing concept, and a damn good one, too.
I used the same concept here. I avoided long words so my audience could consume the ideas.
Too many syllables. Try: Me no use long words so you can know what me am say.

It's not Harris' campaign doing this, these are independent organizations. A bunch of groups saw the success of the "Win with Black Women" call and wanted in on it.
It really shows the diversity in support behind future President Kamala Harris, and I think it's actually kinda cool!
They arent segregated there are just issues and ways of speaking which are important for communicating with certain groups. The black women call for instance had a lot of non black women attending.
