Dual booting NixOS and Windows 11 on my desktop, macOS on my laptop.

I’d get rid of Windows if it wasn’t for some games that are annoying on Linux.

Definitely polar bear. They look so cuddly but I would be terrified to even see one from afar.

It's nothing like that. You can already trade currencies between players. This just means that you can buy someone's listed offer with one click instead of whispering 100 people hoping someone will respond and trade with you. Players have been asking for a feature like this for a long time and the announcement has been received extremely positively.

Plus, they're only adding it to the next temporary league (which is like a season). They said the Q&A that the intention is to keep it afterwards but if it for some reason completely fucks up the economy they still have an out.

It can be played pretty casually. A run usually takes around an hour but you don’t have to play it in one go. And on the base difficulty it’s pretty approachable. You definitely don’t have to play 500 hours to enjoy it. But you can if you want to :)

Real programmers use a magnetized needle and a steady hand.

"Preparation purist" is wrong. You don't boil the tea, you steep it in hot water. For some teas, like black tea, you usually boil the water before pouring it over the tea, but other types of tea use water that isn't as hot (e.g. around 70-80°C for green tea).

Also, if you actually want to be an ingredient purist, tea must be made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis (or a closely related species).

How about actually tackling inequality instead of trying to hide it?

Technically it’s an alphabet, not a language (excluding the keys with actual words on them and not just letters). The letters are called Tengwar and in the lore they’re Elvish letters, but you can use them to write in other languages like English. Even in universe they’re used for other languages like on the inscription of the One Ring, which is in Black Speech.

Slay the Spire is a great game that works well on mobile and has no microtransactions. I’ve played it for 400 hours (on PC) and I’m still not tired of it.
