Usually you can push 0 or *0 and go directly to a human. Also if it's the kind that lists all the options, each one corresponds with the number on the keypad that matches it's place in the order. (The 3rd item listed is 3, the 4th is 4, and so on)

True, but as someone who's had type 1 diabetes for 37 years, I'm excited to see them coming up with new ideas to test in the lab. They have to start with something and it gives me hope. Thanks for posting this :)

Having health insurance doesn't equal having access to health care. I know a number of people who are technically insured but can't afford a doctor's visit.

You can just use white vinegar instead of fabric softener. It's significantly cheaper, can be used for other non-laundry things, eliminates odors, and doesn't gum up your washing machine with residue.
