You will not get banned for doing it as Bungie doesn't issue bans for in-game exploits. You will be banned for any sort of hacking, external cheats, network tampering, etc.

We've discovered that an external vendor that helped to create this cutscene mistakenly used this art as a reference, assuming it was official Bungie art.
We have reached out to the artist to apologize for the mix-up and to credit and compensate them for their awesome work.
Art submitted to bungie.net gives Bungie full rights to use it however they like, so they didn't need to do this. Nice to see them doing the right thing and resolve it and credit the original artist.

I'm curious if these radiant locations are static once they're placed. If I encounter a radiant quest that takes me to an outpost, will that outpost remain there in that save file? Or once I leave the planet, moon, or system, will it disappear? Either way, I think the system will work. If these locations remain, great. If not, well, I'm probably not going to care much about that random outpost on some random planet when I have a thousand others to explore. Just curious to see how this system fully functions in gameplay.
