Sports like boxing come to mind where 3rd place isn't fought for, it's just bronze for both losers of the semifinals.

Veganism is not even about absolutism, it's about reducing animal cruelty to the extent possible and practical. Throwing out a leather belt you already own would not lead to any reduction in animal harm, I'd even call it an action that would go against veganism.

Neither do according to their respective docs.

Personally though I would've preferred an updated* test with more realistic hardware and zstd compression enabled cause this tested configuration is pretty rare in the real world.

* Their last btrfs compression benchmark was on Linux 4.11 in 2017 it seems, on a 120 GB Sata SSD.

It's infuriating what basic features Penpot is still lacking and it trips you up all the time if you're used to working with Figma, but what's already in feels pretty good.

Ideally there should be no issue with speaking different languages on Lemmy since you can set a language for your comments and which languages you wanna see, but that probably doesn't translate to outside posts and not everyone sets a language.

I think it's also largely caused by the majority of olympians being gen z for the first time (and it not being overshadowed by that one certain thing like the last olympics).
