North Macedonia's Sekerinska beats Bulgaria's Gabriel to become 2nd in NATO

According to anonymous officials, candidates included Bulgarian Mariya Gabriel, Croatian Kolinda Grabar-Kititarovic, and Montenegrin Olivera Injac.
