[Bug]? Can't post anything when using tablet (lemmy.world)
 

Hi.

When using my tablet (Android 13, Lenovo) to post in Thunder I always get the following error message:

type'_Map<String, dynamic> is not a subtype of type 'String'

What I did:

  • Turn off tablet, turn on tablet
  • several alternative keyboards
  • all system updates
  • newest app version
  • deleted Thunder and reinstalled it

This happens since about three or four Thunder updates have passed. Before that it worked fine.

Is it a bug? Or might it be a problem on my end?

I bought it blind on gog when it was on sale, visual novels aren't my thing usually, but it did not have the anime look so I thought I gave it a try and drop it after half an hour.

Turns out it was one of the most impressive games I played these last years. What a mindfuck!

And the ending warmed my cold heart!

So I wanted to watch a review on YouTube, and what! The! Fuck! I had no idea how different (and gruesome) this game could get! Soon it's holiday time, and it's on my top list of things to do! Let's see how I can fuck things up!

What are some game series you would like to see revived? And if possible, which entry should the new game follow from? in c/games@lemmy.world

Nonono, that's it!!! I totally missed the link :)

After fiddling with my original CDs back two years I gave up and installed these! Wide-screen, stable, high resolutions, perfect! I was so happy fans decided to get them running again!

A friendly reminder to everyone: there is a fan project, part 1 and 2 updated to run on modern systems. They have their own page, the full games can be downloaded from there, and they just work. Just Google the title and fan update.

Ich hätte eine ernstgemeinte Frage: Warum wurde das von der BPJS noch nicht erledigt? Die sind doch sonst immer so flott wenn es um rechtsradikale Inhalte geht?

Oh man, I hope so!

I prefer their games over anything Bethesda/Diablo/whatever stuff.

Their games, as clunky and weird they sometimes are, have soul and passion. I'm playing Risen 2 at the moment, and I just love the world. So much too see, every corner has something to find, even if it's just a bottle of Rum.

This is one of those movies where you can examine a scene and immediately have ideas how to improve it, be it dialogue, a cut, or maybe pacing. I enjoyed the movie, but like I said before, in a weird way.

It definitely was interesting.

The deja vu train scene was well done, everything before and after was a chain of missed opportunities. What a weird experience this was.

It was the same for me with the guy with the hamster in Baldur's Gate 1 and 2. He's a favourite to everyone, to me he was just an annoying idiot.

I started to play a year ago, but dropped it pretty fast. Though I really liked it.

If they put in the effort and implement a good save game system and proper mouse/keyboard controls, they can have my money!

Das bestreite ich nicht. Aber wir steuern auf 2 Grad globale Erwärmung zu (und das ist optimistisch). Da wird uns Technik und schöne Erinnerungen nicht retten. Die Welt wird dann ein sehr ungemütlicher Ort. Auch für uns priveligierte Menschen in den reichen Ländern.
