I've heard great things about GrapheneOS, and I'm going to buy a pixel 7 pro soon just for that reason. I'm afraid I can't help with your other issues.

Just had a look about, it seems that Yuzu has the option to download DLC automatically for any games you might have, but Yuzu has been taken down, so would that mean the servers hosting the DLC are also down?
