I guess there are different rules in different places and we should know what applies to us. Where I live it's okay to clarify sex vs gender. So you could say she's a woman but that her sex is biologically male. But Australia is saying she's biologically female? Like I said, good to know.

I have been installing Linux on a number of my work PCs that I manage. Most of them are pretty straightforward, office products, printing, web, basic video player. But my personal PCs have so many different programs installed for different niche uses that it's been a massive roadblock to me switching over. I know it's coming because I'm not moving to Windows 11 even though my PC is compatible in theory. But man is it going to take me a lot of time to figure out all of the different screen capture, video editing, audio extraction and editing, disc imaging, photo editing etc. I know I can figure it out, but it's about the time. I have a huge steam library too,but most of that should work.

I think we used a different term for it, so maybe that's a regional abbreviation. But I'm thinking they were talking about the recording quality/speed. I remember there being two options, one gave you twice as many hours but the quality was lower.

This is the movie I thought of also. My copy was also from TV, but I did have it all on one tape with the exception that we were missing the first three or four minutes of the movie. Even today when I catch the beginning of the movie, I smile a little thinking of all the times I didn't get to watch that.

You could fill all of the sidewalks? Blocking roads doesn't make allies. Where I live there is no other way to get to work or the hospital or the store. We don't even have sidewalks lol. We have to protest from the ditch, at least that's our public easement.

I don't know about you but where I live there are laws prohibiting blocking or standing in the street. I mean if you want to be arrested, go for it. The sidewalk is generally considered a traditional free speech venue.

Ohio just opened legal recreational sales last week and the weather this week is about 79F / 26C. You could definitely do worse.
