My dad grew up in Ohio. I've never had a bad experience when visiting, but the majority of astronauts can't be wrong, right?

Ohio just opened legal recreational sales last week and the weather this week is about 79F / 26C. You could definitely do worse.
Indiana is now almost completely surrounded by recreational weed. Because of this, I predict they'll legalize it faster; I predict sometime in the early 32nd century.
You could be in Texas, Florida, or Idaho... I'd take Ohio any day over those.
Or Arizona, Mississippi, Alabama, West Virginia, Georgia... Basically any red state
