For anyone wondering, this is 100% true and not exaggerated. It was so bad you run the blender without plugging it in.

I thought they were more red?

Tucked away in the basement of a still open mall. Originally a bomb shelter, the space was converted in to a retail space. In 2000 they sealed it off and it's sat dormant since.

What's the public sentiment on this verdict going to be? I have not been following the case.

How does this compare to other countries?

Edit: piss poor googling lead me to 17% of flights in USA being private.

Nothing is oc.

There is a book "steal like an artist" by Austin Kleon that addresses this idea. Real short read and interesting visuals.

As for AI specifically. Ai image generation tools are just that, a tool. Using them doesn't immediately discredit your work. There is a skillset in getting them to produce your vision. And that vision is the human element not present in the tool alone.

I personally don't think terribly highly of ai art, but the idea that it's "just stealing real artists hard work" is absurd. It makes art accessable to people intimidated by other mediums, chill out and let people make shit.

What are your thoughts on balancing changes coming?
What do you want buffed / nerfed.

Obviously submachine guns will see some changes. I really don't want to see the medic nerfed. I think we might see a change to spawn vehicles and beacons

It was before my time but.. If physX cards are any indication, then no.

I am curious to hear opinions on the concept of user karma in general.

Do people miss it?
Are we better off without it?

From a technicial perspective, I don't see why it couldn't be implemented. I understand Lemmy doesn't track this explicitly. However, using a users post and comment history you could come to a number pretty easily, right? I was considering making a toy app that would take a user and instance and spit out a karma score for post and comments, what would stop others from doing the same?

Will it be inevitably pulled into existence by Lemmy users as we mature the platform?

I can't hold this back any longer.
