Open source means open source, I never assume anything else from open source projects.

I certainly doubt it. They would probably just be protecting themselves and their own kind.

If a humpback whale have experiences of killing whales attacking them or their offspring probably thought it was a good idea to do as possible to interfere with them. Probably would carry a genocide on orcas giving the chance.

I don't think it is out of mercy. Mercy is something that is learning growing in a better environment that any animal growing in the brutal natural world.

I think is actually kind of nice.

I mean of all species living on earth, human is the only species that would consider genocide a bad thing. Some random plant on prehistoric ages would just produce oxygen an cause a mass extinction without sweating it.

And for most human history Humans would actually try to genocide others.

At least now there is people who is anti-genocide. And it's probably a growing stance.

I think when people vote the voice they should listen more is their own voice. Their needs and what's better for them.

Maybe they don't want to be prosecuted for their gender identity or sexuality so their vote for Harris is a survival vote.

That's my opinion as an outsider, at least.

Spanish:

"Me cago en la leche" I shit on the milk -> something bad happened, and I'm angry.

"Eres la leche" You are the milk -> you are great.

To be fair. Everyone who is able to work should do its proportional part of work needed for the sustain and improvement of the society they live in.

Keywords:

Able to: as its truest meaning with the understanding that the vast majority of the population can work, one way or the other.

Proportionality in the work should not mean proportionality on the perceived benefits, but it should feel fair for everyone. Including the option to chose different ways of living that may mean different levels of work/benefits, all within reason.

Improvement of society: notice how society is not spelled "billonaire" or "bussiness" or "investors".

I don't do baby talk because I just don't like it. Not to babies not to animals.

I do find baby talk irritating, but to each their own. As long as they don't say anything to me for no baby talking I won't say anything for those who baby talk.

But I will just say that I'm under the impression that baby talk is done more for the talker wanting to talk like that, rather that for the listener to have a easier understanding, as I was always understood the same without baby talking and just trying to use simpler words for smaller kids but without that cartoon voice.

Look at your body men, see where the prostate is located? You are made to be railed 24/7.

Mind is too busy fixing your rice to be sad.

Saddest typo ever.

I just won't tell this to my psychologist, just in case.

Many sites don't work like that and don't even load the content from the server before the paywall check.

But I have a trick that work 100% of the time. Just don't read those sites.

I get that journalism and entertainment magazines have workers and need to be paid BUT:

They were getting paid when I could pay a cheap physical newspaper if I want to read it and usually had those for free anyway. As you'll get newspapers on most public places and one single newspaper would serve a whole family. In my house we didn't really paid more than 4€ a month and got physical things that you could just keep. Now with digital distribution you own nothing and it is far more expensive. So... No. Also they get a ton of public money through institutional advertisement, so I'm already basically paying for them without getting access to their content.

So unless they are willing to change their model I'll just refuse to read them. I'm happier without their clickbaits anyway.

Stop doomscrolling.

For what you are writing, you are just getting angry at things you read not at things you live.

Revise which sources are you reading. If they made you unhappy, it is worth keep reading them? Most of those things won't happen anyway or if happen you could easily avoid. I don't feel the need to have an "smartwatch" so I just don't have one, for instance.

Find some sources that make you happy, and you'll find an improvement. Some people seems to only write things with the goal of making you feel miserable.

I'm just happy following my tech news about open source development and space exploration.
