To be fair I have never seen a real bullet in my life, neither a blank bullet. And I don't think I've even heard a gunshots except for maybe a hunter shotgun loaded with pellets. With this new knowledge that theory crumbles easily.

Due some special circunstances a few years ago I was one year without a job and without the need to find a job because I had my finances and laboral future secured. At no point I was without anything to do. I just did a bunch of personal projects that were not driven by money but for my own enjoyment and the need to create some things. Also did a lot of exercise and took on trekking.

I could live all my life like that if I needn't a job for sustaining myself.

In a better world machines would do the work and humans just would share the wealth and live life in peace.

Ok. Here me out. Not that I believe it but I read this more feasible conspiracy theory.

Shooter has been given blanks. He shoots a couple of times before noticing that something is wrong (at this time the secret service is already taking him down). Meanwhile Trump uses a needle to pierce his own ear while hitting the deck, and once he is safe on the ground a second professional shooter takes a couple of real shots to the audience to make it look more real.

I would argue that the higher risk for this is the constant travel between countries.

A plague that may have affected a specific area in the past will now hit all humanity in a couple of months, as seen with covid.

Also constant travel is one of the big contributors to global warming.

It's true that peer tube is the ugly duck of the fediverse right now. But I don't think is about monetization.

On its core it's true that is the most complex project as videos are resource heavy, and producing videos is time consuming.

I don't think people does not make videos because lack of monetization but because lack of users. And there are little users because there are little content.

IMHO the UI and UX should be the smoothest of all fediverse because it need to put it as easy as it can to everyone to attract as many users or creators as possible.

Because, let's be true, monetization (even you can already monetize if you want) is useless is there's nobody watching anyway.

I do like it in the sense that people HATE working in customer service. Because people have zero respect and customers make your job day miserable all the time.

Is one of the places where people deserve getting a hallucinating robot as a vengeance for how bad they treated people that worked there.

Don't worry, the best minds of our generation are already working to put advertisements in your dreams.

There is this famous spanish porn actor. Nacho vidal, who says that we would have a better world is kids would play around with plastic dildos instead of plastic guns.

I don't know the playing with plastic dildos, but it is true how wild is the normalization of giving kids a replica of a human killing instrument to play with.
